Endless Handyman · Gulf Coast Launch Case Study

A Full Digital Foundation for a Gulf Coast Property Crew

Endless Handyman Group Services came to ByteZero needing the whole stack — brand, website, service architecture and a search strategy for one of Florida's most competitive home-services markets. We built it from the ground up.

The Brief

A licensed crew covering Boca Grande through Fort Myers offering fifteen distinct property services — from lanai rescreening to land grading — with no digital presence to hold any of it.

In a market where homeowners search by individual job rather than by trade, a single “handyman” page was never going to capture the demand.

Our brief covered the full foundation: a site that could carry fifteen services and every town served, structured data so search engines and AI assistants could read the business correctly, and a positioning strategy grounded in what people actually type.

This is an active build. The work below is what has shipped so far.

What We Built

Fifteen service pages

Each service — grading, rescreening, pressure washing, tree work, trim carpentry and more — gets its own page with real objections answered, not a shared template.

Six service-area pages

Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, North Port, Venice and Sarasota, so local searches land somewhere specific.

Structured data from day one

A before/after hero

The Insight

The Money Wasn't in “Handyman”

Keyword research changed the plan. The obvious terms — handyman plus a city name — are small and fiercely contested across southwest Florida.

Two clusters the business already served were far larger and far less contested: land grading, drawing roughly thirteen thousand searches a month nationally, and lanai rescreening, a service about as Florida-specific as it gets.

Both already existed on the site as line items. We rebuilt the architecture and metadata to lead with them, keeping “handyman” as the umbrella for local map-pack visibility.

Search volumes are Google Keyword Planner market data, not client performance figures. This engagement is early — performance reporting begins once tracking has gathered meaningful data.
